Cancellation Policy

I consider your time to be valuable. I consider my time to be valuable too. Cancellation of consultation requires 24 hours notice so that someone else may take that timeslot. 

I try to be understanding in cases of emergency or sudden illness. However, please understand that if you do not show, or cancel with too little notice you impact our income and the longevity of our practice. Please note we require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% reschedule/cancellation fee. Patients who do not arrive or provide less than 3 hours notice to their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of their appointment fee. This is what you agree to upon booking your consultation.

Re-scheduling appointments also requires 24 hours notice. Re-scheduling appointments within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on my discretion and may incur 50% of the fee. 

If you are late for your consultation, please understand that I will not be able to extend your appointment beyond the designated end time. I understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Please get in touch to discuss your circumstances.

I acknowledge that your time is as important as well. As such, I offer a 50% discount if I have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

Refund Policy – Programs 

Due to the digital nature of my programs, I cannot offer you a refund for change-of-mind after you have already been granted access to the product.

Refund Policy – Products

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as supplements or bespoke herbal medicines cannot be returned, especially if they have been opened. Please dispose of them safely

If there is an issue with the integrity of your delivery, such as damaged packaging, please notify me immediately via hello@cyclicalpower.com so that I can contact the supplier.
